From time to time, a little shedding is normal. But like you, I used to also shed alot. A great remedy for me was taking vitamins. Any all-in-one from the grocery store will work. Not only did it stop the shedding, my hair was stronger and...my nails grew longer and stronger.

When I went natural two years ago, I used Cantu, but i applied it wrong, so I wrote it off. Mine and your curl pattern are similar, so maybe I will give it another shot....i need something different anyway!

Yep..Cantu leave in is very good. Start out with a teeny amount. I've used it almost everyday for the past year and it only half empty.

LoVe Cantu!!!! And txcutemami is right, with oil your curls will be much more defined and moisturized.
