Scouts is nothing to be proud of. It's just a place where a bunch of kids that have no friends at school go to. Most of the normal people that go are forced in. The people that actually join because they want to are so lame. I mean I'm in Boy Scouts and it's the lamest thing ever.

Correct. If he can't abide by MORALLY STRAIGHT and the rest of the Scout law, then he's not eligible to be a Scout. There are other groups open to those who don't want to abide by the Scout Law - Spiral Scouts has no such qualification.
