I know this sounds stupid, but why would anyone wanna call themselves "emo" and stereotype themselves? Growing up everyone always said I was "goth". I never considered myself goth, I just dressed the way I wanted to because that's who I am. Whatever happened to saying "I'm not classifiable I'm an individual"? It just seems silly to me. People don't belong in classes or types and no matter how a person dresses or looks they deserve to be treated with respect.
