The IRA didn't target civilians intentionally, look at the bombing of manchester in 1996, no deaths due to adequate warnings.

i went to go shooting in the states abd because i was 19 I got turned down for alcohol at a bar and was very offended, so I went back to the hotel and got SMASHED. then had to gwet up early and go do shooting exercises, I thought my head would collapse inwards when I fired the larger calibre weapons.They wouldnt give me booze but an m-4 full auto assault rifle "sure son,here ya go!".
