For 180 tricks, its called by which way your facing I.E. you never look back in a frontside flip...

For rails, its which way you go to get on the rail..he went forward...so fronside noseslide...

Its is frontside and i suggest watching aronl's fs and bs vid. it doesnt matter which way your facing during the slide but how you aproach the obstcale. if your front is facing it, its frontside. besides ryan even said in the video its frontside
