Well the problem with that is that he says he is doing God's work by killing God's people, so I can't imagine that he really gave a care about religion. He never attended mass or even received the sacraments! He only used religion to further his evolutionary argument. Much like politicians that show up to church services in order to get the "religious" vote in election season, but then promptly leave the church once the election is over.

Hitler was applying selective breeding to human populations, trying to change the traits of the population. Well before Darwin, people were allowing only animals/plants with certain traits to breed. Breed the whitest pigeons and not the darker ones and eventually you get totally white pigeons (doves). Sow seeds from only the largest wheat and get a crop of large wheat. The fact that evolution by natural selection explains WHY breeding works is neither here nor there.

What do you mean by saying that Hitler was a Catholic. It's a half-truth. 1st, the Catholic church itself has been infiltrated from the time of Nepolian and it's beyond the slightest doubt that it has been inflitrated for the past 60yrs atleast. In that sense, yes Hitler was a Catholic but if you think that his belief was that of the ordinary catholic or Christians in Bible you are terribly off the mark. Ironically, the "argument" that Eugenics has something to do with evolution is just as much of a lie as Hitler's dogmatic "arguments" themselves. Since he DID invoke religion as an excuse, and never invoked athiesm or vegetarianism or his other unrelated beliefs, the irony builds further.
