@hisindeweni1977: The Bible speaks of the cross as a type of "tree" as in: Act 5:30 "The God of our forefathers raised up Jesus, Whom you killed by hanging Him on a tree." but that is symbolism, to represent "the tree of life" from which comes eternal life. And where else do you get wood except from a tree?

If you think about it we were all there. He knew us all by name before we were born on this earth. Our sin put him there. He became sin for the world. People get ready for there will come a time when he comes again. Not to be crucified but to rescue his chosen Saints. And you can be a chosen Saint by believing that Jesus died on the cross for you and repent and live for Jesus and stop living for yourself.
