The OWS movement is centrally opposed to huge corporations who's ceo's practice economic strategies that can severly limit the ability of middle class Americans to get a "leg up" in the job market, or hinder their ability to market ideas without being shut out by unfair regulations rooted in corruption?
If that's the case, why do protesters support multinational conglomerates by purchasing their closing, electronics, and vehicles? Self defeating? HMM...
Ok I'll tell you what. You show me evidence that ALL the people in the country and the world involved in these protests are just lazy and don't want to work. And I will agree with you. Until then you are making a broad accusation about a large number of people. Are there people in the world that don't want to work? YES. It's called society a mix of people with different values. You see fools. I see heroes excercising their right of free speech and peaceful assembly to address public grievences as is written in the 1st amendment to the constitution. New Mexico has one of the lowest economic growth rates and highest poverty/unemployment rates in the country and you wonder why they are protesting? Show me a copy of a job application these people filled out and I might be impressed, until then it looks like nothing more than a bunch of spoiled college kids who have not worked a day in their lives making fools out of themselves.

I have spent days at the workforce centers watching people apply for benefits while pretending that I am not offering work. So again, what did this protest accomplish? These people are nothing more than fools with more time on their hands than common sense. I have jobs to give, they don;t want them plain and simple.

I watch these people with my own eyes turn down decent jobs and take the unemployment. Unless you can give a job to 9.1% of the entire US population (14 million people) and that is not including the under employed (part time workers 9.3 million people) people who have hade their hours cut back and needed some kind of employment.(Dept of Labor Bureau of Statistics) Then perhaps you should look into why people are protesting.
How is preventing productive members of society from getting to work accomplishing anything? Perhaps if the protesters grew up and looked for work they may become productive members of society too. I am attempting to hire people in Santa Fe and Albuquerque but some would rather collect unemployment then actually work. Also, no those are not your streets, they are my streets because I pay my taxes which is something I doubt any of those protesters have ever done.

The American Worker needs bailing out. Where are the jobs? Where is a living wage? Greed has destroyed this nation. Corporations need to pay their fair share of taxes and no more corporate welfare, no more millions to CEOs, people are scrapping by on foodstamps, women are facing abortions because there's no employment and they cant afford their children, illegal aliens are soaking up benefits and putting citizens to the back of the line. Each member of this movement is a leader. God bless u all!
I don't agree with some of the what the protestors say, however, I am glad to see some people getting off their duffs and shouting and protesting. We need more of this on a much more massive scale across the whole country.
