I never missed wrestling back in the day whether it was wwf, wccw, nwa. The wwe is the worst wrestling I've seen and is a disgrace to the legends who made the business.
Man,if the Von Erich boys didn't die and they branched out to other parts of the world can you imagine how great would have been.WCCW to me,and I may be wrong,was more exciting than WWE and WCW.

This was great wrestling. World Class was the place to be. Either in Dallas or Ft.Worth these matches are as good today as they were then. The wwe will NEVER be as exciting as WCCW was. That shit that comes on monday night isn't worth watching. Does anyone have the Badstreet match between Kevin & Kerry Vonerich vs Terry Gordy and Buddy Roberts? Excelent match!! Vince just doesn't understand that he destroyed wrestling.
@stylinnprofylin I miss Bamm Bamm too.He was great in Japan.Check out RFVideo he has a video of him and the Late Great Doctor Death Steve Williams in Japan.I also liked when Bamm Bamm teamed up with Stan Hansen

Does anyone have the match where the Ice Man wins the title from Kerry. That's the one where the lights go out and when they come back on Kerry's knocked out & the Ice Man's on top of him. I read in Wikipedia that it was rumored that Lance is the one who turned out the lights. It would have been a cool twist if they had brought Lance back to team with the Freebirds against Kerry & Kevin even though by this time everyone knew he wasn't a Von Erich I still think it may have been interesting.

I'll never forget the day this aired on ESPN LEGENDS in August of 89. I would love to see the complete version when kerry lost it and flagged down the ambulance all by himself. I really thought it was a shoot.
