@gmskel.. The very last time I did it, the effects lasted about an hour, though stronger at the beginning.. It was way intense I swore it off after that & wish it was recorded... @mrmiagi I definitely agree with a lot especially about me trying to stay in reality.. Thx for all the comments! When I said I was falling it was like off the edge of reality and into another trip.. There was literally an edge

Do you know why you could not enjoy the trip? You tried to stay in reality. The trip happens inside your brain. Outside sensorial signals will trigger your brain to interpret them. That's when you will notice that something is wrong, but you won't know that you are on salvia. If you start trying to get normal again, you will enter a circle of panic, because you can't stay in your trip nor in reality.

The art of salvia tripping is all about embracing the trip. You can make it easier by minimizing all sensorial inputs. Dim (turn off) the lights, turn off all sound making devices (chilly music is nice though), close eyes, make sure your sitters DONT ever talk, except when you explicitly (by name) ask them to. If all is set, make yourself comfortable, inhale, lean back, relax, let it pull you out of reality. Also, everyone in the room should be a trusted friend.

Well, it seems you smoked while in your subconscious, you were thinking about life, death, daemons, how your so attached to this world, and you felt out of place leaving what you know as "reality." This drug wasn't used for fun, so why mess with it more than once, or at all? Native American shaman would tap into the other world, to bring back remedies for those who needed help in this life, but we as humans, are not meant to see the other side, unless you're in search of the Third Eye.
