At :21 try starting with the pan rather then a stagnant shot.

You can hid the bad pratfall by cutting sooner. like almost right after his fist connects. It'll make the hit seem harder and hide his cheesy fall.

Also, I tried cutting sooner, but that made it look a lot worse, because he had to rotate at least a bit before those shots would cut together.

everything is fine, and I know the punch thing is hard to match, but I think it is not that so good :)

Indeed. My actor sucked at pratfalls, so that was the best I could do with the editing.
