You're welcome.
I think it's a shame that the song was never released as a single.
The song had the potential to reach the top 40 and it could have revitalized their career but their producer was trying to make them sound like The Cars.

It has a Zeppelin start
Taken from which Led song?
It sounds like Ten Years Gone, for example.
I hear it in the intro. I like Ratt's take on the intro more though. ;)
I also like the song as a whole more even if Ste sounds like a strangled geriatric version of Plant (although some would say that's Coverdale). ;D
yeah, but the chords are very basic: a major to d minor as far as my ears can tell. hundreds of songs have this combination.

Which was the original band of this cover?
This is a song Ratt recorded for the '99 album but got left off.
Gerat stuff My friend. Keep on uploading the lost gems. They are so hard to find nowadays.

Ratt Trap, When did this happen? Was this a temporary name of the band for a while. Interesting.

Ratt Trap was the name of a magazine article about Ratt.
This song was recorded around the same time as the '99 album but was not put on it.
I think it sure beats Motley Crue's obvious attempts in the '90s to be more relevent and less retro.
very cool song, hey motleycrue24 thanx for putting all rare ratt songs up.. ratt is so cool!!
