Here's how you make gold:

1) Do quests, collect rewards, sell gear you can't use, wear gear you can.

2) Get professions. One gathering, one crafting. Put up for auction stuff you make as you level along with excess mats.

3) DO NOT BUY GEAR FROM THE AUCTION HOUSE.

The Auctionator addon (from curse.com) searches the AH for items being sold and tells you how much you should sell them for.

Dragonblight. Big tower close to the middle of the map. Do the quests around there and you'll end up being able to do that daily quest.

Just started and I was looking for some ways to get cash (after seeing so many ads for gold guides). A lot of the techniques you said to do in this vid were what I was going to do anyway XD (I tend to loot everything I see and quest a lot). Anyways, I was just wondering what proffesion(s) I should take. On my old priest account (years ago on a trail account) I had skinning and something else, but I don't know what to take =/ Is skinning and herblore a good choice? Please get back to me T_T

@dimwitsband (part 1 of reply) Hi there dimwitsband. If you purely want to earn money, you will go gathering proffessions. Some people say that other proffessions like alchemy/enchanting are good ways to earn money, but I don't fully agree. It takes time to earn money with those proffession and you spend a lot on skilling up on it before you start earning to earn gold. But if you want to go a crafting proffession, I would suggest alchemy. It's easy to skill up, and everyone needs consumables.

There's always someone skilling up a new crafting proffession and there's always someone who's too lazy to go and gather themselves. Especially when it comes to mining as blacksmiths and engineers need a good bunch of ore to almost every craft they have.

@dimwitsband I have a warlock and if you get high enough in the proffesion you can create green items which can sell in AH for arounf 5g per piece so i wold go tailoring , but if you want to make alot of money i would go in jewelcrafting and mining quick money and you get a fair bit

another way to make gold is to buy all of a gathering item in AH (if you have enough money) and raise item's price, depending on what the item is, you can get a LOT of gold. Another way to make gold is to befriend a level 80 and b nice, LOL, I made friends with one and i wasnt even intentionally asking for money, i was just waiting to go into a dungeon, and he randomly gave me 100g. Thats just lucky, and pretty rare, lol.

i manage to get 300-500 gold form herbalism depends mainly on frost lotus which always sells quick and for good gold 70-80 gold for 1 isnt uncommon as far as mining go mine isnt so high lvl but i hear u can make great money aswel skinning mostly the artic fur which sometimes sell for ridiculus amounts other times its much lower

yeah if your a enchanter like my level 74 death knight you can go solo farm Strat i make around 400-500g a good run disenchant the bop items and the boe greens unless they have nice stats but always sell the boe blues...ALWAYS...and dont just run to the bosses start at the start and end at the end it takes shit loads of bag space i dont use auto loot but if you have enough bag space you can hope this helps some of you

Well you do have the dailies which you gain rep for (aka the Netherwing daily quests or the Skyguard daily quests) and in the end you also get a mount. So there's atleast two places with daily quests in Outland

Just find the shortest/quickest dailies and do those. Don't choose the quests which has quest item drops unless they are 100% drop on.

But personally I don't do 25 daily quests a day. I do some daily quests for reputation and I grind the things I know have a good value on my server (which I know people need and will buy)

Feks, crafted epic items people sell, they need some sort of mats. farm those and sell em, those mats have a better value than most things and are easy to farm.

if you're lvl 70, I would recommend the daily quest on Isle of Quel'danas. Short quests with good money and reputation, and if you also got WotLK, it's nice exp.

depends on your server. On my server prices are crazy, a stack of runecloth can sell for up to 12g.

But farming Eternals would probably be one of the more common good incomes on most servers.
