@LoanOarman; Noted and I appreciate your comments. I have gone much further than presented in PD video's here. At present I am building a new office, workshop and lab of 12x24 meter. Soonest that is up and running I will be able to expand. In particular I already did away with the curse of electronics completley and also expanded much into gas and dust particles as conductors. I should be back upt running in February 2010.

THAT is exactly my point too. All I find truely from Bedini is nice charge and discharge, and little extra for lights. Why is this not presented to the new USA President? Should at least make him happy - and have full Presidential protection against conspiracies!

Suppose you have a Bedini charger that can do overnight charging of factory folk-lift battery packs for "free", no mains input whatsoever. Just battery banks charging back and forth and you tap into that to charge the fork-lift battery packs for "free". Suppose you can get the return on investment for the equipment to under two years. In lots of places electricity is expensive.

You run a factory, you know how large the market would be for that, billions.

Repeat: If you could make a device based on Bedini technology to charge fork-lift batteries with an ROI of two, even five years, you could sell billions of dollars worth per year.

The problem is that it's all bullshit, the "Bedini motor" is just a con that excites people with inductive current spikes.

As I siad between the lines in Energetic forum: I did come to the conclusion that most as in 99.99% of the 'free energy' movement is complete BS. BUT; there are a few examples that can not be ignored, and THOSE do motivate me to study, theorize and do my own experiments. The examples I am referring to are things that people did, things that are more than could possibly be fooling. People see what they want to see. But, all of those do combine electric and magnetic with strange results.

My classic rhetorical question: If the Bedini was real, where are the Bedini "free energy" systems? You know, a bank of 12 source and 12 charging batteries on a skid, with the associated relays and electronics. They could charge fork-lift batteries in factories for "free", but they don't exist.

To most of what you say, I do agree. What I have seen on re-testing Bedini SG and SSG is almost correct. Only the simple schoolgirl does have na oncreased value of energy coming out - when using it for low amps like light discharge, low rate. That is better than same battery charged with normal charger. Though, I do not agree with the current descrition given and accepted by most.

Corrie, I commend you for doing a lot of research and looking at the MIT, Berkeley, and Indian university clips and educating yourself. Those clips are the real thing and it's wonderful that they are available for free.

You were very interested in the quantum physics clips and how electrons can absorb energy quanta. However, there are no 'super charged' electrons inside the battery. You are missing some pieces of the puzzle. The battery converts electrical energy into chemical energy. The extra electron-volts that the electrons have are used to push chemical reactions "over the hump" to create new molecules inside the battery that store the energy in chemical form.

Furthermore, the energy to charge batteries in a Bedini circuit does not come from electrons excited by photons. The energy comes typically from another source battery or a power supply. i.e.; conventional electricity.

All claims of COP greater than one for a Bedini charger are just claims. Comparing a 'conventional' charger vs. a Bedini charge and saying that you get more energy out of the battery if it is Bedini-charged therefore COP > 1 is an invalid comparison, like apples and oranges.

If a Bedini charger can manage to induce more chemical reactions in a battery and "find" non-reacting chemicals that a conventional charger cant, well, that's nice but big deal. The discharging inductor in a Bedini setup can have more 'kick' than a conventional charger and manages to "find" the non-reacting chemicals.

You still must look at how much energy you pumped into the battery vs. how much you get out of the battery. That's the ONLY thing that counts. Forget about the regular charger.

Introvertibrate will tell you that the battery will act as an "antenna" picking up the quantum foam dipole bla bla bla when the battery is "excited" by the pulses of current from the discharging coil and will have more chemical energy in it than comes from the current spikes alone.

I say that is total bullshit and has never been proven. If you made precise measurements of how much energy you put into a battery with a Bedini circuit and precise measurements of how much you can get out....

I have made this statement to many Bedini enthusiasts over the past two years and not a single one of them has decided to roll up his or her sleeves and actually attempted to make serious measurement to prove or disprove a Bedini setup is an over unity device.

Joules in from Beidin vs. Joules out by discharging your battery. It's not rocket science but nobody will do it.

Some final thoughts: John Bedini sells an "Audio Clarifier" for audio CDs on his web site for $400. FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS!!! It is bullshit box with $10 worth of electronics in it. If you know how an audio CD works, all you need is a "soft damp cloth" to 'clarify' your CDs. It is an out and out RIP OFF, and I don't trust John Bedini at all, he is using his name to steal money from audiophiles.

Inductors generate spikes, and there is a 'free energy' cottage industry from that simple fact.

Inductors, as well as capacitors, are simple energy storage devices. The battery pumps current through the inductor, and therefore some of the battery energy is stored in the inductor in the form of electrical current, E = 1/2 L i-squared. Then the transistor switches off and that "E" is discharged through the diode into the charging battery. It is as simple and as basic as that, there is no magic whatsoever. No quantum foam, no "aether vorticies", no nothing.

Agree, but hen there is also the fact that certain forms of energy is more. No, it does not pick up more. What I think is that the magnetic moments pull the electrons out from inner shells - by promoting htem to absorb more photons.

There is no magic, it is pure technique. That is why the sweetspot is important. Anything off from that, and you loose energy.

BUT: The total gain is very little, a Photon is only a very small portion of the (Light) energy in an Electron.

I doubt that new molecules are formed. It is purely converting some of the sulphates (sulphides?) back to acid and the magnetic wheel causes electrons to absorb more photons and jump to outer shells.

I have done a lot of research - reding and videos; in both the alternative and conventional. And I am sceptic to both. Anyway, Iam still learning more - and above, Iam forming my own theory which I use as hypothesis for experiments.

Maybe I am wrong, maybe I might reach something?

When I say "new molecules" I am oversimplifying. I just mean that the chemical reaction is reversing when the charging is taking place. Those are the "new" molecules.

The important point is to visualize potential energy in a molecule. Some sort of reaction takes place and the molecule "breaks apart" and you get molecular motion "heat" or spare electrons.

Hi Stefan, they are not grounded. Each forms a complete closed circuit with one coil. No other electronics.

nice demo-is the secondary a quarter wave of the primary?

if so, that would explain why the top of the coil gave the highest reading,as the wave is going thru its widest swing at the quarter node,and the bottom of the coil being a standing wave.

Hi Corrie, if you look up "LC circuit" on Wikipedia you will see the formula for calculating the resonant frequency of an LC circuit.

In your setup you do not have a capacitor. Therefore the resonance you are observing is between the coil and the stray capacitance of the wires and the coil itself. You would be much better off to put a non-polarized cap of 0.01 uF or larger in series with the coil to make a "real" resonance measurement.

Thanks, I am very well aware of LC circuits and did them few times in past to get self resonance. I did not want to filter the signal with cap.

In this case it is just to observe the coil and flux effect around the coil. These are video clips of antoher direction of research.

Part of my reason for square wave is in fact to get the ringing and harmonics - to learn more about the back-EMF and spikes.

You want the capacitor that you use to be much larger than the stray capacitance so that variations in the stray or parasitic capacitance due to moving the wires or moving your hand close to the setup does not affect the resonant frequency.

Coils all by themselves have no properties of true resonance at all. The only "self resonance" is due to the parasitic capacitance of the coil itself. Designers are not interested in the parasitic capacitance of the coil for generating resonance.

Also note that to find resonance your signal generator should be outputting a sine wave and not a square wave. The desire is to search for resonance with a single pure frequency (sine wave). A square wave is a fundamental frequency and a tons of harmonics. The harmonics can also induce resonance and throw you off. It simply does not make sense to use square waves.

Note your setup is acting as a low pass filter and turning the square wave into a sine wave because the resonant freq is so high
