Transformers purists were bitching because of the change in the robots' designs. Shut up, you nags! I'm an old school fan too, but I just loved the new looks. I'm a Decepticon fan (Starscream 4 life! lol) so I was disappointed that they weren't in the movie that much, but I loved Bumblebee and, particularly, Ironhide (because I love cats and his face/muzzle is somewhat feline; plus he's gun-happy :P).
The Transformer design didn't bother me that much, well except their faces in most of them, and Megatron's form. Not because he isn't a gun, but, well I dunno what he is.
My only gripe with the movie is too much homan stuff and not enough robots battling. Hopefully Transformers 2 won't be like this.
Yeah, that was my biggest issue with the film. Too many human sub-plots. I like Shia's performance but the Australian hacker and those soldiers in Qatar were given way too much screen time, and still didn't individually contribute much to the storytelling.
Prime and the others don't show up in true form until exactly one hour into the film! They were rendered as secondary characters in their own movie. That really bugged me.
it was hard accept the transformers characters design in this movie, i still don't think i have accepted it, i did buy the movie, but only cause of the name, i don't think i will be seeing the other movies, or new animated series...

Yeah, they changed the designs drastically, but in the context of realism they would have looked too cartoon-y if they appeared in this film as bulky and simple as they did in the series. They had to be changed if they were going to look believable next to the real life human cast and environment.
i think the biggest problem i had with this was the alien look of the TFs in general, and also i think they should have still crash landed in the ark, after a battle with nemesis, i want things to feel the same, i dunno why hollywood has to change things so much when they take a super hero, or video game movie and make it into a movie...

I like the new designs as much as the old school ones because despite the radical differences between them, the filmmakers have retained some key features on each character, you know what I mean, folks? Optimus Prime still has his classic coloration and heroism, Jazz still has his cool style and facial visor, Megatron's got his fusion cannon and megalomania, Bumblebee is still a friendly yellow car, Starscream maintains his fighter jet form, and Brawl is the usual heavily-armed tank.

the baddest part was when optimus SHANKS bonecrusher with his energy blade....i was in the theateres when i saw this all the teens went APE SHYT over that scene...OPtimus is straight gangsta when provoked!
very good work..but u should have left LP's song in the finish, with Starscream blasting off in2 space, instead of putting the old transofmers intro again at the end. But I liked it allot..so far, the only vid with more movie parts..cant w8 for the dvd 2 come out here in Europe

i really can't say he's weak. I mean he is the smallest Autobot and he took on Brawl the tank and megatron,both were fucking huge. It was a matter of being out sized and out matched. I bet he'd kick barricade's ass.
Yeah, you have to admit, Jazz did what he could despite his small stature. Of course, it took the combined efforts of him, Ironhide, Ratchet, and later Bumblebee to fully eliminate Brawl, but he still didn't give up in his last moments against the mighty Megatron.
There's a chance that Jazz will return, according to the director Michael Bay, but there hasn't been an official confirmation on it yet. Guess we'll have to wait and see.
they are all good, lol, iron hide with his weapons, ratchet with his helping skills with, medics, lol, jazz, with his break dancing making him to do backflips and attack lots of decepticons, but he died at the end, optimas prime for being the best of the best, and bumblebee for his cool techniques
In my last two videos I have used music from the 300 soundtrack.BUT the song you are talking about is actually what was pulled from the film.The music that is 25 seconds in is actually music from the transformers scrore.There is no cd for the score yet.We can only purchase the Soundtrack which has alot of mainstream rock on it .That soundtrack reeks.The actual score will be released from what I see on the internet.

i doubt jazz is gonna stay dead, if Bay was gonna kill him off for good, he would have given jazz more part in the story
(seriously, how many lines did he have? like 3? one of the movies flaws, WAY too much human element, not NEARLY enough transformer stuff)

i love the movie personaly i think that jazz was the weakest but still the bravest autobot iv seen its so sad how he dies though but it makes sense that he did

i really can't say he's weak. I mean he is the smallest Autobot and he took on Brawl the tank and megatron,both were fucking huge. It was a matter of being out sized and out matched. I bet he'd kick barricade's ass.

Yeah, you have to admit, Jazz did what he could despite his small stature. Of course, it took the combined efforts of him, Ironhide, Ratchet, and later Bumblebee to fully eliminate Brawl, but he still didn't give up in his last moments against the mighty Megatron.

There's a chance that Jazz will return, according to the director Michael Bay, but there hasn't been an official confirmation on it yet. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

they are all good, lol, iron hide with his weapons, ratchet with his helping skills with, medics, lol, jazz, with his break dancing making him to do backflips and attack lots of decepticons, but he died at the end, optimas prime for being the best of the best, and bumblebee for his cool techniques

In my last two videos I have used music from the 300 soundtrack.BUT the song you are talking about is actually what was pulled from the film.The music that is 25 seconds in is actually music from the transformers scrore.There is no cd for the score yet.We can only purchase the Soundtrack which has alot of mainstream rock on it .That soundtrack reeks.The actual score will be released from what I see on the internet.
