@mikemcgee I suspect that Iwerks was certainly aware of this film, being interested in technical issues. It is possible that he used this soundtrack, some portions sped up for BALLOONLAND.
This is a 2-color Technicolor production by Tiffany. The original source print was an original 16mm Kodascope sound release made in the Dunning process.
Is this Multicolor or Technicolor?, as I seem to remember being shown this many years ago as Multicolor printed by Technicolor, at the period when Multicolor had no printing method....and what film is it from?
