uhm... im one of those ( non-american non-english ) who got it the first time but after reading the comments now im not quite sure if i got it right. is the joke about babies given a weird name "Crap basket" ? cause i think it was funny naming your child "crap basket but whats these fuzz about "Deaf people" ?

i dont get it please help.
