  • @danyvan01 This is an ancient chant in the Pali language translated into English. It is a kind of peacemaking wish to cultivate a feeling of lovingkindness toward all living beings, of all forms of animals from snakes with no feel to spiders with many feet. One becomes more peaceful and loses fear of other creatures by reciting it
