Thanks for putting this up. Mine looks a lot like this. With the multi-directional sprints do you have the girls start from an athletic stance and sprint 20-25 feet on a visual cue? I like the power skips to a two footed landing. I've got my girls just doing straight power skips but you've got me thinking that this might be a better starting option in a progression.
