@YourBeautySalon1 hey süße, danke, hab in den letzten monaten ziemlich viel abgenommen, ca 16kg durch gesunde ernährung, fisch, salat, thunfisch usw und dazu hab ich noch sport gemacht, joggen, situps, crosstrainer usw gemacht. Es war sehr schwer aber ich wollte unbedingt in form kommen für den sommer und jetzt geniesse ich den sommer um so mehr ;)
