This the chorus to a Sami (Laplander) song; vocables that have no translation. It's not Native American, no matter how many drums and bells the producers added. The song is called "Normo Jovnna" (Friend John), and you can search it that way. The singer is Terje Tretnes from Norway, and the vocal track was used in this without his permission.
