  • I used to start out 12 reps then 10 then 8 and so on always using a weight I failed at when reaching those reps. But My workout partner and my brother never experienced the strength increase we did when switching to a 5 by 5 workout. It's worth a try 4 ne 1

  • Best workout for strength and explosiveness is heavy weight low reps. 15 reps would be to develop definition, 10-12 reps for building size, 5-7 reps for strength. Personally resting only a minute and a half at most is best for me. Every 1s different tho

  • @bobctx dont focus on total minutes of a weight lifting workout its almost impossible to time a full weight lifting workout instead focus on taking the proper amount of rest between sets which is a little different for everybody but if your trying to build muscular endurance is about 1 minute and if your trying to build strength is about 2 minutes and make sure that you dont do the lift too quickly... if you lift properly it should be 1.5-2 hours depending on how many muscles u work on that day

  • @bobctx 50 reps is way too many reps on anything i usually do 15 reps then add a little weight depending on the lift then 12 then add weight then 10 8 6 and 4 adding weight between each set and then finally i take some wight off and do as many reps as i can until muscle failure

And hes overly animated like some players and people confuse that with intensity and competiivenss and hes not dancing around looking around to see if everyone sees how big his ego is.   • Kobe will go down as one of the best to ever touch the rock. The amount of hate he gets is insane, a lot of it due to jordan nutriders that hate on him because his game and dominance resembles Michaels which came right after MJ retired. Kobe is the best in the NBA right now, Lebron's only shot to come close to kobe if is he ever learns how to shoot a jumpshot, cause what will happen when Lebron's athleticism which he relays on so much starts to fade. Kobe has the complete package skill wise.

Take the warriors or suns, they put up huge numbers every year but have either won any championships in the past decade?
