  • Hell, this is better than Dogfights!

  • those somebody knows if is it in spanish!!!!!!

  • thank you to all who servied and thous who are still serving

  • Washington State timber!! Wohoooo! Represent.

  • Any idea where I can buy this series on DVD?

  • @CanadaFightsToo Have you tried Amazon?

  • @CanadaFightsToo try Bestbuy. i got mine from it.

  • any1 hear the resident evil inventory sounds?

  • War is just over the horizon and when it comes those that participate will know all its glory and all its carnage. The U.S.S Enterprise will be in the thick of it and show the world the true American Spirit. Sail well and fight hard to the very end Enterprise.

  • 1:50 Betties 12:00. 2:02 these are Betties or G4Ms they are dangerous and active killing machines they have 12,000 pounds of bombs on board if one of these hits Big E it is game over. 3:03 sucker he got hit 3:08 not good he is on a kamakizi run 3:50 get him Bruno. 4:40 that was close good shooting Bruno you saved your ship.

  • @geomodelrailroader The G4Ms had a 152lb loaded into them and it wasn't a formally or officially a kamikaze run because to the Japanese it was their duty to give up their life for the Emperor and Kamikaze attacks weren't set up until the Battle for the Philippines which i believe was around 1944. From what I've read, a SBD-3's tailgunner uses a M1919A4, which is a .30cal and is not gonna do much to a Betty. Betty missed because the plane was too heavy and hard to control.

  • @StenfieldxCx my mistake but the Betty wanted to kill Big E so if bombs don't work crash into them. he would have missed anyways one Bruno and the gunners were shooting at him and the skipper was trying to turn the ship to starboard (right and due west)

  • What a wonderful ship she was, I was disappointed when I heard it was scrapped.

I'm not sure about this, but I had a Great Grandfather that served on this great ship during the attack on Pearl Harbor, so I was told. I do know that he served in the Navy during the war, but I don't know the details of it all.

  • USS Enterprise, what a ship that was & the men who operated her.The beginning of the Pacific Theater of war was a hard fight with a short stick at first for America & they fought hard. But, once they got caught up & to full speed they just walked over the Japs. I don't even think Russia at that time could have taken them on. I know Patton saw it, that's why he wanted America & Germany to continue the war with Russia.

  • Way to go BRUNO such a little effort & the result was enormous. That's why Halsey gave orders such as "HIT Them FAST" "HIT Them HARD" "HIT Them OFTEN"

  • I wonder if they made a mistake in the beginning when the Bettys are only carrying a 132 lbs of high explosive bomb when they can carry up to 2200 lbs of bombs. For a carrier i think 2 1000lb high explosive bombs would be suffice even if 1 hit. Gives the piolets 2 chances if needed & there were 5 Bettys. So, a 132 lb bomb, I don't no about that i'm not an ordanance guy. I'm thinking that was a mistake unless, some1 can give an explanation.

  • How can five people dislike this are they unamerican?

  • @jgr335mustang

Maybe? Is that incomprehensible to you?

  • @askjiir Yes America kicks ass!

  • I literally cried when I heard that she was scraped! God, that hurt! The poor crew must have been emotionally shattered. I would

  • She was the "Gray Ghost"!

  • The best ship of all time! They made a huge mistake scrapping the big E, only the best are named Enterprise,

    NCC-1701-A-B-C-D-E

  • @CaptainJahangir99 hell yeah dude, the spirit of the enterprise lives from ship to ship, from a sailing brig of the revolution, to cv6 and on to the 24th century :)

  • I get it call of* duty!

  • 3:54 that was close Big E almost got killed good shooting Bruno you saved your ship.

  • Good thing I found this documentary. Something new about something old.

  • 5:28 that's strange, he's from the ships bridge but he can see the side of the ship....

  • cause im a nerd, I LOVE THIS SERIES~it shows very good graphics and true facts, plus actual witness accounts to go on

  • God loves the Lucky E

  • @HeroScaper95 if he did. the Enterprise would be a museum ship. not scrap.

  • This show and ship are so awesome! It perfectly allows you to feel as if your right there with these ships and planes every step of the way....just without the psychological stress. You get a sense of how involved and close dangers are and how quickly the tides in a battle can happen.

  • i like this show

  • I remember watching this!

  • i want to own this whole thing i will someday

  • this is definitely a really good game i cannot imagine it. it's a great deal greater than mw1. i have only just attained the 2nd prestige ! im so proud. acquired the game only just yesterday from mw2forfreeZinfo (replace Z with . ) however , i am witout a doubt wooping everyone!

  • @arrangeabledr wrong video dumbass. this is'nt a game it's a t.v seris. and no one wants to know about your fucking video game experince. we want to know something about history not a fucking video game.

  • That ship survived many kamikaze attacks.

  • OMG!! O_O I've been looking for this forever!! Thank you! XD

  • I don't understand how that lone machine gunner 'saved the day'. It's extremely unlikely that his bullets had any more effect on the bomber than any of the higher calibre weapons blasting away. Did he even hit it? More than likely it was the carrier's maneuvering and damage to the bomber that saved it. Sounds to me like he was rewarded more for stupidity.

  • enterprise, awesome ship :) does anyone know where you can get decent scale models? i like putting together ww2 warships but I cant find a good big E :S

  • @GamingLeeLee have u try Hobby Town USA?

  • @Mysteriaperson not much use to me they're an american store, I'm in the UK

  • @GamingLeeLee Well, let me know if you do find one in UK. whenever I do get a chance to come to UK, I might ask for directions there. : ) Sometimes it's hard to find the exact models here too.

  • Flashy show of patriotism. Ridiculous. This is almost unbelievable enough to be a parody.

  • @classybiiird Americans pine for the days of WWII.

  • @classybiiird whats wrong with a country being patriotic about its fighting forces and its part in the war? speaking as a fellow inhabitant of the UK if you dont like it then you shouldnt be going anywhere near american documentaries about american warships and making comments that make the rest of us look like arseholes who dont care about people who fight for everyone else...

  • @classybiiird ahhh... Europe

Where even the mildest display of patriotism produces suspicions of Nazi sympathies.

  • 4:36 lol fail

  • I like what he say in the beginning : U did this to us! Watch this!!!

  • I love how it's enterprise who sponsored it lol, they so smart...

  • no its not a british voice in the UK , iv whatched every episode on sky and its the same guys voice

  • ur dang right 2computer1

  • Best show on the History Channel.

  • Im american and totally for them in this action but you have to admit that the pilot of that betty had some balls . sometimes you have to give credit where credit is due like it or not.

  • @atltom58 But sadly for them , they released to late

  • Kickin' jap ass

  • because they did not $ 2 make her a foating museum

  • WHY did they scrap her???

She should still be floating, right next to the USS Constitution, our nations two finest ships...

  • There was a lot of discussion about it with people on both sides, but ultimately it was decided that rather than become a chained up relic used to entertain tourists, she should be broken down and recycled. The Enterprise became a small part of many other warships, some of her still sails in service today.

  • @InB4Desu don't forget that the most famous ship in star trek was named enterprise to which was named after this ship in honor of her

  • @Barnam86

There's a difference between forgetting something and considering it to be not worth mentioning.

  • @InB4Desu yeah in the same way that the water u drink is actually my piss

  • @obiwanobiwan13 they built a new nuclear carrier and named her enterprise i think they scrap her and that the new jet planes were to big to be launch from this ship

  • @obiwanobiwan13 politics and money are the problem.

  • @obiwanobiwan13 hes right, the USS Enterprise was the most imporant ship in ww2

  • @jackgamer447 well it couldnt be modifided to run on the power we use today

  • @obiwanobiwan13 They're probably scraping the current Enterprise too. People want it to be a museum ship but they say after they remove all the reactors and stuff like that their won't be much left to be a museum, really they should just keep it in service.

  • @obiwanobiwan13 The bean counters are deadlier than the IJN Kido Butai

  • A fighting City of Steel

  • does battle 360 DVD work on a uk ps3

  • it should

  • Lol. pure luck to lucky E and Col. Gaido too bad later in the war Gaido and his pilot would be shot down and be a captive of the japs and will be tortured....

  • this show rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!! o=i love it!

  • wow.. all bombs missed

  • That's what we in the business refer to as a "Critical Miss" T

The bomb aimers must have had no sights to miss at that range.

  • @Konoton01 haha bombaimer??? Its bombardier dude...

  • @RancidElf32

I was refering to the bombadier's sights.

  • the big E is the best carrier ever

  • my grandfather served in ww2 as a lieutenant commander, they were in charge of minesweeping(not my favorite job), but he used to talk so highly of the enterprise and its crew, the really were a living legend

  • patton 360 and Battle 360 ROCK!

  • i love this show, although i am not a US citizen,im kinda proud that the men aboard USS Enterprise fight with full patriotism.I think every young US citizen need to know this carrier that changed the world.

  • it makes you wonder if they will ever make a Rome 360 imagine how long that would take.... of course nobody is left alive from then but it would be cool.

  • FOR PEARL, ON TO VICTORY!!!

  • The US navy has far surpassed the Royal Navy, the Pacific War proved that.

  • you posted this on my birth day!

  • the patton 360 is quite nice

  • I love the Bruno Gaido story. Great way to start the series. Kind of sad you put the whole series up though just because I really want to the 360 series to be well funded and supported. It's just phenomenal. I have my own DVD set. Never get tired of it. Can't wait for the new season "Patton 360" to come out in October.

  • FINNALLY looking all over for this. thanks

  • It's so cool how so many ships named Enterprise have made such an impact on the world.

  • The Big E. LOL what a nice way to put it.

  • Here in the UK, we have a British voice commentating. Why ?

  • I dunno, I didn't even know this series was broadcasted int the UK, interesting...

  • yeah im from Britain and i enjoy watching it.

  • @BigBoyFatso It's to show the Brit's how carrier warfare is done because they didn't really show their carriers off, that much.

  • @superfortress96 I don't think you really need a brit voice to do that... lol

  • @BigBoyFatso true that

  • @CBAPirate maybe it's because your British

  • @cjms08 Doesn't mean we have to have a different voice

  • @CBAPirate maybe they think in Briton a familiar accent would be best suited for the program.

  • @CBAPirate It's because Britain doesn't have freedom of the press

  • @TheJonvonn We've had since the civil war

  • @CBAPirate here in portugal we have a portuguese voice commentating

  • @CBAPirate Because British accent is sexier?

  • in norway to.

  • hey when the enterprise steamed on the pacific on febuary 1, 1942....! thats my birthday except its 1995 of febuary 1 though!

  • Lol that was so funny after that betty tried to kamikaze.

"You are now aviation machinest mate 1st class"

    hee hee

  • nc video.

  • Nice Vid!!!

  • The majority of my reletives served in the Navy; only one joined the Army.

Do you have reletives that fought in WWII?

  • My father and his brothers have joined the US and Taiwanese Army but none of them have actually fought during the war.

  • not many have heard of the norwegian navy of ww2, but my grandfather fought and died in the norwegian navy during ww2, he was onboard one of the ONLY destroyers norway had, that destroyer was the ship that actually sunk the cruiser blucher in the norwegian fjord in oslo

  • My grandpa was caught in Pearl Harbor then later killed by a Kamakaze attack on the Big E =(

  • you should be proud that he served on the E, and that he saw the destruction at pearl harbor but was still brave enough to keep on fighting

  • @andywatson55 my mom's father was in the navy in the pacific as a signal on a carrier

  • Thank you so much for uploading all of Battle 360! You make the WW2 buff in me very, very happy <3

  • No problem! Glad I made your "buff" happy!

  • No problem, I just did!

  • haha

  • Sure I can, click block and your outta there!

    :)

Next time, don't post shitty replies.

  • Don't wanna nag you but try avoiding "jap" or "japs" now days, it's offensive to some people and I don't want any of that around here.

  • Great set of vids. Thanks for posting them. --wg

  • No problem, glad someone appreciates them.

  • You put a lot of work into this project and I for one appreciate it. I intend to watch the whole series.

  • Thanks!

  • "Fate protects fools, little children, and ships named Enterprise." (Riker, "Contaigon")

She wasn't the most powerful, nor the best, but she always endured. It's a testament to her and her brave crews. History will never forget the Grey Ghost...

  • History will always remember the name...ENTERPRISE.

  • @sheacd1 true heros

  • @sheacd1 yu have said the right thing THE ONE WIHT UNDAUNTED GUT AND BALLS ARE THE KAMIKAZE PILOTS YOU CAN CALL THEM FANATICS BUT THEY ARE BRAVE A COWARD WILL NEVER DO SUCH THING so let us be fair we have also to give credit for many Japanese pilots and fighting men, the Maines,Navy and GI itself have respected them for their courage and bravery, and so wiht the Germans -Axis,I dont sided with the Axis but their are many noble fighter in the Axis,THEIR ARE GOOD AND BAD UNITS IN ALLIED AND AXIS
