I'll try to explain the best I can. I installed the game in Portuguese so I might use diferent words in English. While playing, go to "Settings" and then "Video Settings". Set the "Size of the video" to "Big" and set the "Quality of the video" to "High". If you do this, when you're filming the game will run slower... Yeah, I filmed all my movie like this. But it will come back to normal when you stop filming.

just build many houses in the same lot. And then just use some cheats, like "boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true" that has options to make them cry, laugh and much more...
