How to Convert HD Video

How come when I add my video into the freemake software it shows it as being 25 fps? It most definitely is 60 fps. I want to make sure I'm maintaining full quality. Also when I try converting to wmv the video plays back in different colors. Help?

@fender7802 I'm getting the same error. I'm using a Kodak Playsport recording at 1280x720 60fps and freemake reports it as 25fps.

This software is totally fake.I tried to convert my SD videos to that of HD720P,HD1080p and many more options but the output is never a True Widescreen HD as we watch those in youtube videos.Had anyone made strictly a note of this problem?

Good Tool! But have a problem: block artefacts at (1second) cut points :(

I mean, at the ponit you cut video, 1 second after, or less, you see blocks (codec blocks).

Freemake is excellent. Put it on my son's computer. When I try to edit a video I get sound but no picture. But when I rotate the picture 90 degrees the picture is beautiful but sideways. When I turn it back, no picture.Video is intel 82945G Express Chipset Family. Can you help?

if you want to convert SD to HD, establish the "Custom" image size in the preset editor
