@beastofburden90 Yes, but I think we all expected Long Gone Lonesome Blues-thank God he did LHCB as we all love it as well ! Travis was on, he really is a great live performer !!!
Can some on tell me how I can buy this DVD of this concert Live ? ? What would be the name of this DVD and who would I find a copy of this one ? Thanks in advsnce..
I Love this Video,Thank you For sharing it! I live in Louisiana and I am Cajun Proud. This was how I was raised...You don't like the way I'm Living Leave this LONG Haired Country( GIRL) alone! Amen Travis!
This is an incredible cover of Charlie Daniels, and as much as I love this, I would have given damn near a year's pay to hear him finish up what he started and cover "Lovesick Blues" from Hank Sr. With his voice, and that incredible guitar it would have been absolute magic. Ah hell, it's all good anyway.....
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE this man right here!!!!! grew up listening to him my whole life! him and George Jones are my top favorite!!!!! LOVE YOU TRAVIS TRITT
There's 17 bin ladin Muslims who don't care for this American classic and have no friggin idea what to do with toilet paper - must really suck to be stuck in the 13th century..
Why don't you just shut up with your face? You know nothing about music, you don't listen to the lyrics, and by the way, your use of toilet paper is NOT the proper way.
This is exactly what's wrong with country music nowadays. Tritt changed the lyrics of a honest, classic song to pander to the EXACT SAME PEOPLE that the original song was giving the finger to. Of course, nowadays country folk are so full of the crap that pandering politicians tell them, I'm not surprised that so many modern country fans have no problem with this.
Long live country's TRUE outlaws... Charlie, Willie, Johnny, Waylon, Hank Sr. and Hank III (Hank Jr is just as big a tool as Tritt)
@BrewNik Very true but you can take Charlie off the list as he sold out in the mid 80's. Lets add a big thanks to Earle, Paycheck, T. Van Zandt, E. Harris, JJ Walker, BJ Shaver and in modern times lets add J Johnson, J Otto, R Houser, E Church.
@MrUSArmyBand I think it is called lonesome blues by Hank Williams Sr. but it might be lovesick blues by Hank williams Sr. both are songs of his but I get confused as to which one is which because the titles are so close. If you look them up you should be able to find out though hope this helps.
@mikeleb501 Thanks mike. I get the songs confused sometimes because the titles are so close. When i typed that i had not heard either song in about 20 years. Both are great but it has been a while since I broke out an old hank album. Not sure if I even have a record player anymore. Amazing how things change.
If YOU Love true country music. Please check this dude out - MrThecreecher - with a song called harlan county. He's only got 100 views and needs some more recognition. True country music! Thanx, Peace.
Travis Tritt , Hank Williams Jr. Charlie Daniels all bring back the most childhood memories. I remember my Dad singing Long Hair Country boy when i was like 4 years old.
im a metal head but i live in the south so country is hard to aviod.i just gotta say this is THE best country artist ive heard in along time,a true rebel.
