Nah, it's free with Windows. If you don't have it, then someone or something probably deleted it. You just need the upload cord or something

well, you could download the sound clips from another computer and then save them on a USB flash drive, then put the flash drive in your computer and put the files on it

as explained in some other comments, it's a unique system that comes with the Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000, from 2002, it's great for stop motions and such ^_^ if you can get a high quality webcam it's even better too ;D

hmm.. most computers do unless you dont have windows, if not you should be able to find a download for it on the internet.. search: Windows MovieMaker 2.1 download, or 2.6 if you have Vista/7

im just gettin started so i have 1 more question how do you get that thing that would say the time of a race with that background for example caution lap 74 of 200?

for moviemaker, you click "add titles or credits" and then pick "title on video". on that screen, type the "Caution Lap 74/200" and then click "change font colors and size" (i think thats what it says) and then its best to click the "Left side paragraph" thing, then click "change title animation" and make choose the "subtitle" option or there is another one that has a background to it, im not sure what its called though. then add it and sync it with the video and your done ;)

how do you get commentary in a race?

depends, if you want commentary from real nascar, download the videos with youtube downloader of the races with their commentary, then put them on moviemaker and make them audio, and use that as the audio for your SM, OR if you want to do your own commentary, just go on moviemaker when your done the SM, and (you cant have any audio already, or there are different ways of having double audio, i gotta do this again) and use the narrate timeline feature with a mic :)

o that sux lol but I tried something on my image studio. On the sm thats uploading for me now I refocused every frame (it took me a day and a half) and i made the image size 640xsomething or whatever. It was 320 x 420 I think. Is that good?

yeah it makes the quality of the stop motion better, like the video size is bigger and youtube could actually have it in HQ, like mine.... i turned it to that and now it has HQ and all.... so thats good.... i gotta get my own laptop tho to make them, dads so annoying how he wont let me use his... i hate delaying the YT500 for a fuckin year and a half pardon my french lol

When I made my stop motion's, the windows movie maker only makes the pictures to .13 seconds, and it wont go any shorter, do you know why? I need to make them shorter.

probably cuz its got a limited space for when you zoom out cuz at 0.13, once u zoom out you'll never see it. mine is a stop motion making system so i can make the pictures go something like each one is 0.03

And also when did you get your computer? Mine is a windows ME. The reason I am asking all these questions is because One of those 3 things could be the answer.
