Billy and Mandy is awesome, jackass. a lot of older shows have adult humor also. And that reason is so adults can watch it too. They don't suck "ath". About billy's stupidity being a representation of kids... he's a damn cartoon character! Grim being non-evil is called HUMOR!

Next, I'm only defending Lazlo because it's a good show to watch in the summer. A cartoon in a camp is actually a really good idea with lots of possibilitys. It could have been better I'll give you that, though.

Even though it is an old rant, I still agree with it. The cartoon shows of the now are really moronic in their content compared to shows of the past. It is due to censorship in the current media that is causing this to happen. For example, back then Ren and Stimpy contains far too much innuendos then current programming. It also shows how we as American like to stereotype on anything, to make its cumulative ego larger. It is honestly a step back from the grerats of the past.

I don't see anything wrong with adult humour in a kid's show. In fact, it helps the show a little. what is known as "Kiddy humour" most kids do not find funny, and therefore watch the grim adventures of Billy and Mandy because it is quite good.

Well, one reason why a lot of people might not like new cartoons is because they're pretty censored now compared to back then. I mean, about 40% of the Animaniacs cartoons would have NEVER been able to exist if they were made in this time (or they just wouldn't have any good jokes). Of course, you're definitely right that we've all grown up and we don't like kid shows anymore. In fact, about 10 years from now, I wouldn't be surprised if kids today would be exactly like people who hate CN now.
