  • I found it strange that she didn't stay with the guy but the story is more about her journey. Does anyone know much about the true story behind this and what's accurate?

  • @luvisacigarette8 In the last scene, the girl in the train who looks up and smiles at Sara is the "real life-Sara". Her name is Tabita, and the director got the inspiration for the film from reading her story in a national Danish newspaper in 2006.

  • @luvisacigarette8 Tabita Bridge's father rejected her when she was 17 because she had a boyfriend and they have not seen each other since.

    - I can not help but love my dad. It hurts so damn bad to love someone who does not give one anything back. And not want anything to do with me, says Tabita Bridge.

  • @luvisacigarette8 Actress Rosalinde Mynster played Tabita 'role' as Sarah. Tabita's relationship with her father ended in 2001. She tried calling him in 2009 and he became irritated and said it was selfish of her to call. Today she has contact with her mother, who is no longer married to the father. "I will not visit him, it can only be awkward. I'm sorry if I made him sad. My father stands by his choice. and I do too." she says.

  • @goodwindc Thank you for this information. I love this movie and I thought Rosalinde Mynster did a great job. The dialogue is very engaging. Would you happen to have a link to this article?

  • @luvisacigarette8 here's a link showing her picture with article. It's Dutch so you may have to translate it with google translator or similar. Youtube doesn't allow url links to be posted in comments section so I had to make upside down and backwards.

  • @goodwindc Thank you so much!

  • "Jehovah, God. This is the last time we talk because I don't believe in you anymore".

I do not think I have ever heard words more beautiful in my life. I know that when I myself said them out loud a few years ago, a huge burden was lifted from my shoulders.

My life has only improved since that day.

Thanks for posting this movie. It will reach many who have never even heard of it!

  • @PublishingCult God bless! Making the decision to walk away from the WT version of Jehovah must be a scary feeling. But I pray for those that they find the real Jesus Christ, because though we were sinners and did not know Him, God loved us so much that He sacrificed His One and only Son on the altar for our sins so that we could be with Him eternally. Unlike the WT version, Yahweh's love for us is an UNCONDITIONAL LOVE that lasts forever.
