Scientific: there is one place in your brain where the blood would not go through it unless you bow down.This place in your brain will give you such relaxing,peace mode when blood touch it.I dunno know how to explain it in Alpha or Beta mode of human brain.The least it is a good exercise when you do it 5 times a day.

@Elvisdogg Soul is something different with Life. Life actually there, before our birth even as sperm, and our body parts have life even after death. Thats the only reason we can donate the organ. But soul is what we loose at the time of death. eg: if your body parts changed by another one's parts, and if you make pain on the body parts, you only will pain, not that person. This body is just a frame to your soul. Any frame given to this body dosnt matter, what inside is the soul.
