Definently the worst roll I have ever seen. He rolled on his back, not his shoulder. That can cause some serious damage, especially if you dive from a high place.

oh man it's not a Dive roll....this is a sort of nooby gate vault, wyou can't post a tutorial video if you can't do a real dive roll you're not usefull to ather tracer who want to learn! "FLY" over the obstacle gve a boost of speed and height to your movement and land ina vertical position with your shoulders faceing the ground and than...roll away
