It must be a running gag to smile at the end of that serious phrase. I believe that he would hunt down bin Laden like a like a wolf would hunt down a rabbit, but I couldn't stop laughing at the end of this clip. Chris Matthews couldn't help himself, either.

The funny thing about that is it wasn't scripted. It was in response to Romney's statement that getting bin Laden isn't worth moving heaven and earth. I was shocked when he said it, and it was a good line, but he said it rather awkwardly.
