hey bud. just bought this from the app store on my iphone. It quickly came up with my computer (connected on the same network)... but when i try to connect to it.. it keeps saying 'Failed: Permission denied'. can you help me out? How do I get it to connect so i can start accessing my files :S.
If you mean the data transfer and charging cable it should. You would have to jst search for the USB drive in the control panel/page of Cloud Connect when hooked up. I am sure there a couple things like needing power for the drive to work, but you would provide this via an AC power adapter plugged into the wall. You would just set the drive up as a network drive/device and you should be able to communicate with the drive. I have yet to run into a format that Cloud Connect can not open or view.
Are you jailbroken?

Will Cloud Connect help me access the content of my USB Flash Drive plugged to my iPad through the camera adaptor? How? Thank you!
