i did exactly the same like 3 times and when i render it theres no shadow, i think the problem is in the material editor of the plane cuz when i put matte shadow i see it black, so i change the opacity to 0 untill i dont see it anymore
Excellent tutorial! But when you create an animation how do you apply the shadows? Mine renders with shadows but when i create an animation the shadows go?
thats how it's done. u should also look up camera mapping and camera projection. it works along the same lines as using matte shadows. just with some interesting results.

Is there any difference between the normal shadows and matte shadows?
