It's because he is not the original bassist. The band formed in 1989 with bassist Kenji Ueda. After Kenji left, he was replaced with Tatsuya Kashima. Tatsuya was eventually replaced with Jun. Both Tatsuya have been considered support members. That's why Jun barely ever appears in any of the groups music videos or group photos... it's to pay homage to the original bassist, Kenji Ueda.
