Yes, the 2.4 was cheaper than the current model...it was brand new...I guess they just cleared their stock :)

Totally! It's portable, has enough power to handle all your tasks (I guess) and looks pretty :)

If you want to spend some more, then you should get the updated aluminum model, since they have better graphics cards...

The GC generates the images and videos you see on your display.

The beter the card, the faster and smoother the output.

If you want to play a high detailed game, it's important to have a card that can handle it (example).

They are also very important for graphic designers, who need cards which can render their work as quick as possible.

the difference between the new macbooks and the 2009 white macbooks it the price and the screen 2.0 models. and if u want 2.4ghz u hav to get the new 1s.

white macbook cost less and are same as the new aluminium except the price

It's def. a brand new machine (no scratches, no signs of usage)...I guess they sold it as refurbished because they need to clear the stock...(They only sell the 2.1 Ghz model now)

There were no problems so far, and you get a normal warranty, like on a new one...

I always watch out for refurbished stuff :)
