Sorry about the profanity... us Northern UK-ers need our mouths washing out with soap - it's kinda second nature. I guess the only thing I can suggest are headphones? I guess I look innocent so that bits good :)
I love what you have to say here. I agree. I'm 28 and I can change my life positively right now by making this decision. I don't want to look back in the future with regret.
