I ran out and got the CG Smoothers in Illuminator after I saw TiffanyD's video. I use it to lighten my under eye area like you said and it works great! If you are not crazy about that Pulse Perfection mascara, I recommend Rimmel Sexy Curves instead. The wand is similar and the formula is fantastic. I LOVE it!

The pulse perfection mascara is definitely growing on me. But I've heard great things about the Rimmel Sexy Curves and that is going to be the next one I purchase.
