You can find them on the Basketball playgrounds. You have to pick them up. But they are not always there.

That's probably the basketball-glitch. After you have saved once in the safehous 'Madd Doggs Mansion' all the basketballs will dissappear. Basketball becomes unavailable. If you want to play basketball start a new game, or much better: buy a NBA-game!!!

first is next to Sweet's house

2nd one is near the train road and the high way in east los santos, near a spray-tag and that Mexican girl drawing with bullet belt on her brests

3rd one is near that garage for burglary and that appartement where you have to say Sweet in playa del seville

if there is no ball, just save the game and return

Graphics over gameplay... Sure, I can keep track of that. Crysis better than UT2004, GTAIV better than previous GTAs, Red Alert 3 better than previous command and conquer games,Gothic 3 better than Gothic 1&2, Age of empires 3 better blahblahblah... Reading some critic scores and polishing it with lame ass programming,new games are surely "better". May I recomend you to play 1998-2002 games of any kind and you will be stuck to them for life.
