  • You are awesome thanks for this

  • How would you go about adding kicks to this without the main sounding a little off?

  • @Infectedmushroomz Good question - not sure if I ever tried to add a beat to this one =) But it may need to be adjusted a bit if the melody doesn't quite match the beat.

  • Wow I really can't follow this..

I guess it doesn't help that I'm trying to use fl studio lol.

  • Great job man!!!! Very useful tips!!!!!!

  • @DJRAVECUTS You can use both zoom sliders (one for vertical zoom and one for horizontal)

  • Thanks very much for this excellent tutorial! Regarding part 1 with the trance lead sound, is there anything in Cubase 5 you can use to ge this gated type of sound instead of programming manually like you have shown?

    Cheers and best regards, mike

  • @GNeuman You can create arpeggios or you can load patches in many of the VST instruments that use arpeggio. That will give you a similar effect but you'll lose the ability to make detailed changes as you go.

  • thanks man

  • @PESKEEE You're welcome :)
