The neon looks like it had the stock suspension- you can see it when his back end twitches out a bit. A good suspension set up on a neon makes it ride like its on rails.
Some how I got caught up with this guy every session. He was faster in the straights but I was faster in the corners. So over all i was faster around the track. My engine is stock but there will be some new go fast parts soon.
I think this vid goes to show what srt 4s are really made of. Getting overtaken by what sounds like a 1.6 liter nonturbo. Imagine if that del sol had a 2.4 and turbo haha.. Honda kicks ass.. Good driving too
thats a del sol. I know cuz I own one. great job keeping up and overtaking the srt4! sounds like you have some nice cams on there cuz that vtec really transitions to a growl.
srt4 is so bad at cornering lol and braking you catch right up there.
If you had a vtec controller you'd eat his ass out of the corner

Your gears are too long, & you're coming out of corners too low - which is partially due to your gears.
A shorter final drive will keep you in the sweet spot... It's worth sacrificing your top speed, since you won't see it on this track anyway.

He cut all the parts where the srt4 passed him. Besides that straight up looked like a stock srt4 with stock suspension ass well.
