As mentioned, DoS memo indicates that in fact American Citizens WERE allowed to travel to Pakisan in the 1980s.

Actually, the Supreme Court never required him to produce a birth certificate. Also, Obama's birth certificate has been verified and on the web for 6 months now. They did not request a "restraining order" but a protective order - something that is used all the time to stop discovery that would be duplicative, etc. The discovery requests didn't just ask for Obama's certificate but for records that the Hawaii Department of Health is not allowed to produce (for anyone), under their laws.

Actually, it is. COLBs are the same as a recognized birth certificate. All you need in order to prove you were born on US soil is a COLB, not the long form. In fact, the policy of the Hawaiian Department of Health is to NOT provide the long form. Department of Health employees have also confirmed that it is his birth certificate. Factcheck is an independent org with no connection to either Republicans or Democrats. Do some research.
