also when i first started listening to this i noticed i would wake up at like 2 or 3am in the morning if i listened to this before i went to sleep, every single time!. it was weird but it doesn't happen anymore.
you don't understand how much i love this. i've got it on my ipod and i listen to it almost every night to put me to sleep. when i first heard it i got an image in my mind of this place i've never been to before like a place that doesn't exist and every time i hear this my mind goes to that place and recognises every little detail about it. all i know is i am completely at peace when listening to this no matter what my mood.
I heard some people complaining about binaural beats giving them headaches. By experience I notice headaches happen when you force your focus too much on something. I saw tips in video descriptions like: "Focus on the song and only the song". It's not wrong but focus on moderation. Be AWARE of the beat all the time. Don't force it into your mind. Peace
Whenever I listen to somthing like this, about 4 mins in or so my body will randomly twotch or spasm which will make it so i'm no longer relaxed! What's causing this or what can I do to stop it?
@Deadlyassassin117 thats normal.ive heard many reasons as to why this happens, one being its your muscles repairing themselves. just try to relax. ignore it. and let what comes, come.
@Kmacesf Don't start off with the WILD, it's pointless. Become proficient with the DILD technique first, I suggest reading Stephen LaBerge's "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming"
I know you've probably heard this a lot, start doing reality checks, put your hand over your mouth and nose so you can't breathe, then try to breathe do it everytime something odd happens, set alarms for reality checks, do them until they feel natural, then you will do them subconciously, and you will become lucid.
@Mr420Panda you've always had dreams you just couldn't recall them in the morning and neither later since the memories were lost in the subconciousness.
i don't know how this gives some people headaches, its the most relaxing binaural beats i've ever heard. i downloaded it and listen to it nearly every night, it puts me to sleep.
@vic0tv0studeos Gamma isn't a "state" so much as the default brainwave - "Processing of various attended stimuli (visual, auditory, touch) and the grouping of the various features of a given stimulus, particularly visual, into a coherent whole."
It goes beta - active/awake, alpha - relaxation/meditation, theta - deep meditation/REM sleep (dream sleep), and then delta - deep, dreamless sleep; I don't know what frequency this clip is though.
Im not high. But im telling you, with lucid dreaming, you learn about the world your In from a different world.much like what we already do. We're really in the spirit world, don't be frightened by this.its a natural reaction. It's a place of serenity. And the only reason we're in this world is to learn about our own selves spirituality. And respect anothers spirituality. Be chill and zen. If you're scared to try this don't be.it's exuberant and amazing.don't get to excited though and lose it.
@MattAndEliDoingStuff sup i was successful doing lucid dreaming 4 times, my last one was 2 weeks ago do you have tips in making it faster and easier way to realize your dreaming
@MattAndEliDoingStuff You know what dreams are mad fun? Flying dreams. I had a dream last night my girlfriend & I were flying through the skies clouds & birds & airplanes Kind of like the chronicle movie XD
It is two frequencies played in different ears. For example, one is 300 Hz one is 310 Hz. Because of this your brain naturally generates a third frequency between both of the physical ones, which in this case would be 305 Hz. These frequencies project certain things in your head such as relaxation, alertness, and even anxiety in some cases. These are Theta waves, which are lower, and provoke relaxation hence they help to induce lucid dreaming.
You're correct. Before I went to college, I would always have a radio play all night. Every once in a while, I would be half asleep, and my dreams would sync to the music. I was once 4-wheeling up hills to the rhythm of a song I wish I knew. It was so freakin' cool. ;)
hey i have a question. I wake up around 6:30 am, and the alarm clock is set to sound the radio 30m after at that time, and the station i hear is about a program if traffic in morning. I often dream about what they are saying, a car crash, a street full of cars, etc. So, what we hear influence the nature or ambience of the dream?
I've never astral projected, but I do know that you cannot travel to far, there's a silver cord that keeps your physical body attached to your astral body/soul.
@VintageCass It's actually free to transcend time and travel great distances. The silver cord is not a hindrance. The cord is energy and represents a connection to the physical being. Don't set limits for yourself or this will be the outcome when you do Astral Project.
This makes me think of Okinawa. Not that I've ever been there, but still... (haha). Very nice, primal, tranquil atmosphere. I'll definitely try this out.
Im trying this right now. I was almost there until i freaked and woke up. I was so unsure if it was a dream or not. Everything was so blurry. Its my first ti w trying it so im trying it again now :D
i lucid dream every once in awhile but last night i had the wierdest of all.it started out as a really vivid dream i was going too a school i had never seen in my life and a hole bunch of my friends were there i even met a girl who i liked alot but once the school day was over my dad picked me up and out of nowhere i asked him if this was a dream.he said yes.then i started trying too control the dream but all that did was make it less vivid.how do i control my dreams?
@videodesignerz Just listening to this won't instantly give you a lucid dream, it's supposed to relax you and help you on your way, if you loop this through all night, you increase your chance of having a lucid dream. That doesn't by any stretch mean that you are guaranteed to spontaneously just have an extremely vivid lucid dream! Come on people :)
@iiTzHiiGHSToRiiEZ850 There's a chance, it couldn't hurt, but it most likely won't make you go lucid if you haven't had any lucid experience... couldn't hurt though give it a go :D
@rtorres2012 Lol no man. All it takes is a thought, and your snapped back into your body. In the astral realm, you'll see and meet alot of things that you never believed existed. Half the things many believe to be mythical do exist.
I was close to OBE last night while listening to this. It happened for a split second then i noticed and freaked a bit, i will have to keep practicing. This also made me very light headed, and my dreams were a little more clear and happy
@2012AOA thats what happens to me bro. i get very very close. whether its trying to lucid dream or obe. like last night i was so close to entering sleep paralysis but then i got over excited and fucked it up. we just gotta keep trying. well get it.
as soon as i heard this my mind wandered to a place thats between pandora from 'avatar' and the place where the kids are taken at the end of the movie 'the knowing' expect its more open and colourful and the flowers look so pretty they look fake, but the way they move makes them look real. and there was an ocean out in the horizon. wow i sound like im trippin haha but yeah thats what this music made me think of. i like this and will definetly listen again
I'm SO going to try this when I go to bed tonight, I've been doing some research on Astral Projection and Lucid Dreaming, I've never obtained Astral Projection stage, but last night I got close to a Lucid state, I tried imagining myself walking through a path as if on shrooms, I could only visualize the sky and barely visible trees and mushrooms..So I want to try this, also I haven't gotten any sleep since 2 PM yesterday and it's now 8:00 AM so I should sleep easily
34thatguy34 was talking about the serotonin, which is release in your brain when you re happy...you can find that on antidepressants (or you can trigure it,in meditative state, while eating, having sex..etc and with brain waves alternate sounds)
Is it just me or....is this very native sounding? I think of birds and trees, animals scattering across open fields. I see mockingbirds and eagles, resting on tree branches. I feel so spiritually open. It's either that or the fact that i'm high. Either way.
@solidsnake4147 Definitely a Native American flute in there and I get that vibe too. Sounds like this track really spoke to you. I'm sure whoever made it would be happy to hear that
a few other tricks are, to take 50 mg of 5-htp, meditate to maintain dream even after realising its a dream, sleep with your eyes open easier to do this is you are very tired, and have something you do to check if it is a dream clench your fist or pinch youself and do this is real life too
@terrence77477 5-htp is serotonin, i bought it for like $10 for probably 3 months worth (at whole foods or order it online), get the 50 mg per capsule one not the 100 mg, 100 mg is too much just makes you drowsy not more powerful dreams than 50 mg.. atleast for me
so.... do you listen to this before sleep or supposed to sleep during or put this on first?
