@Epicbattlefan Dude, everyone who wants to do what Morpheus or Neo is doing, needs to hack the system, because the Matrix is based on laws of physics, like gravity etc. So, Morpheus is really hacking, that's why he says in the beginning "Some of them (Rules) can be bent, others, broken".
