  • not just sometime. Alot of time.

  • stroke stroke stroke

  • UGH! kicking my nemesis. In high school i swam a 22.4 with just arms man i wish i had a kick

  • I've stayed away from the board lately, mostly because it seems to make my upper traps a bit tight... instead, I've been kicking on my back a lot, and also kicking without a board (and doing a bit of pulling with the breathing, like you said would happen.) After seeing this, I'll try to integrate the board a bit more and just do my best to keep my head and neck relaxed.

  • i need a board :D

  • There are times when I feel like a diesel engine on kick work. There is something good there, but I have to go harder, longer to get my velocity up to my cavitation.

  • ~there's no other way to really work the legs in a swimming productive way~

Are U sure? I'm kicking with finis snorkel without any boards and I'm pretty happy... ;)

  • @arman27harp - Very good point, and I love the snorkel as well, but there is a tendency for the feet to be a tad higher than normal when using the snorkel just for kicking. I was probably too definitive with that statement, so you got me there.

Also, don't forget the Swimp3 player when you're kicking with the snorkel and you'll be REALLY happy. :)

  • haha nice... I was looking for my board this morning, I didn't use it for almost half a year, but your video is one more reason I should take it to the swimming pool tonight. Thanks :)
