What they dont tell you is this: An employee tries to vend something and when the door opens he looks in and decides that's not what he wanted. He shuts the door and the machine thinks its empty when nothing was removed. Inventory nightmare. For $15K you would think they would have thought if this. Oh they can hit the "cancel" button but if you tell them this then the trust factor comes into play. They could take a set of batteries, hit cancel and stick them in their pocket.
