this dragonfly was so pretty and he sat still long enough to catch him on camera. good dragon fly. it's very pretty where we live. we're so lucky. i'm glad you liked this. :)
I loved the visuals & the music, Fairport is really wonderful. I really-really love this time of year, being surrounded at every turn by greenery of many shades. And as a kid, I was always fascinated by dragonflies of all sizes & colors. I still delight in catching sight of one from time to time, and I always stop and sort of hypnotically gaze at it till it eventually flies out of sight. I love how the sunlight splashes onto their transparent wings in shimmering rainbow hues. :-)
yeah, they are wonderful little critters aren't they. i love the way they check you out when you wander through their territory..we get damsel flies over our pond, they are quite lovely to watch too. :) thanks for dropping in. it's always nice to hear from you.
