  • The deputy knows you are allowed to shoot video, he just didnt want to be recorded doing something stupid because it would create problems for him, thats not your problem. I have worked with cops both street and undercover and they know there are cameras everywhere, thats life

  • Why did you stop filming him? You have every right to be there on the public sidewalk filming that public servant in the performance of his public office. He has no expectation of privacy and it really doesn't matter what he prefers. You should have asserted your rights and refused to stop filming.
