@rakovskii, I checked it. It's on Tengri News. And Tengri News has really screwed up. The photo is not of Israeli special service, but of Hezbollah.The yellow flags in the photo are those of Hezbollah. (You can check Wikipedia: Flag of Hezbollah - it's the same flag.)

The first half of the movie has general info on Hitler, followed by random photos of militant Muslims with their arms raised. I know not whether those particular Muslim groups were mimicking Hitler, but note that other countries- Taiwan, today's Japan , and pre-WWII USA, for example used arm-out salutes. The movie's style is like the fake Jewish Conspiracy theorists that use circumstantial evidence to paint a whole group- here, the Muslims. Maybe they're Nazis, but this movie doesnt show it.
