  • mocking the Holy Spirit is the only unforgivable sin, I hope you know what you are doing

  • @Dave4020 Thats not the unforgivable sin.

  • @zunathanzu hey man, thanks for your open mind, Mark 16:17-18 tells us that sign will follow them that believe. The bible is awesome man just continue to read more and more.

  • @zunathanzu tongues are other languages, but, you can't understand what you are saying, it's just God takes over your mouth and uses it to speak. If you don't believe that's your choice. The bible does talk about recieving the Holy Ghost all over. The bible tells us in acts 2:38 what to do as far as salvation. I'm not trying to sound pushy, or mean, that not my goal, my goal is just to spread the word of God to those who will listen.

  • @Inchurch4life I know the word of God and have the Holy spirit my friend. I don't need to have a sign of a miracle to believe. I am a skeptic of people who say they speak in tongues or drive out demons, or heal people but I'm not saying it couldn't happen. I've just never experienced it. God bless you.

  • @zunathanzu acts 2:1-4, acts 10:44-46, acts 19:3-6

  • @Inchurch4life Where does it say these "tongues" are not regular human languages?

  • Talk about your Religion and what it Means to you - - iuchat . com

  • @MsTashaPeterson but i don't want to

  • ROFL i hope this is a joke. Speaking in tongues is 100 percent bullshit, made up.

  • @NateDawg111

Speaking in tongues is not 100 percent bullshit, granted some of it is. What my brother and I are doing here is bullshit. But funny right?

  • i hope to one day be able to speak in tongue just like you dudes.

  • its easy, you just imitate other languages

  • Mark 16:17 says when you truely believe, you speak in tongues.

  • isn't it interesting that in most Bibles there is a note that says "The most reliable early manuscripts and other ancient witnesses do not have Mark 16:9-20"

  • lol thats what happened in pentecost in the church of corinth...so u need to get the holy spirit to speak greek? lati? english? no it says they were speaking in "Tongues" not languages and wen u speak in toungues ur glorifying god's name in a language that only he knows and we don unless like it says in the bible god will use sumone to interpret wat the person is sayin...now u should read acts chapter 2 not only 2:4 the whole chapter is not a lot cuz im not the best person to explain lol

  • i noe i understand but thats sumthin dat says in the bible theres people in pentecostal churches that get the holy spirit but they don speak in tongues but there people ho does the biblie says that wen u get the holy spirit u will speak in tongues"acts 2.4"

  • what it says in Acts 2:4 is different than how the pentecostal churches do it. Acts 2:4 says that people began speaking in dffernt languages, real actual languages like Greek and Latin, that people could understand. Not the babble that Pentacostal people speak.

  • i understand that maybe in sum churches they fake speakin in tongues...well i've never seen it b4 though but anyways if just not good makin fun of it...but if u don mean it that way then i guess ur ok....

  • I am a Christian, but I don't believe a person has to talk like a crazy person to have the Holy Spirit in them. The Holy spirit is in me and I've never spoken in tongues.

  • the bible says that if any man have not the Spirit of Christ he is none of His. When we accept Christ as Lord and Svfiour we are baptized by Gods Spirit into what is called the body of Christ or the church. When we read Lke 3:16 we see that what was going to happen in Acts 2 was actually different than being baptized into the body of Christ. In ! Cor. 12 when we get saved we are baptized into Christ. Luke 3:16 talks about Christ baptizing into the Spirit. He makes the distinction between the 2.

  • @Skywalker05088

    OK. Thanks for commenting.

Where does it say that being baptized with the holy spirit requires, or results in speaking in tongues or some language that no one understands?

  • @zunathanzu The Scriptures do not explicitly say it in those words, much like how we do not find words like "trinity" or "rapture", but we see evidence for those doctrines of the Bible to be true. And what we have to do is see if there is evidence for what happened in Acts 2 to be something that is happening today and if it is a legitimate gift of the Spirit that is functioning today. We have to look at the evidence and be as objective as we can concerning the issue.

  • have u read the new testament. do u read ur word, scripture etc. just read it and ask God to give you divine understanding

  • @elle496 Yeah I've read the New Testament. Have you?

  • @zunathanzu Now is this reading ongoing? Do you pray for understanding while you read it. I've heard that Baptist don't believe that people in this time can't have spiritual gifts. Maybe thats u, i don't know u so I cant say but if the law of Moses was ongoing, meaning that the Jews had to keep adhereing to those rules then why do alot of christians believe that I can't receive the holy spirit and therefore heal, prophsey, speak in tongues, and so on right now?

  • iight....

  • 28I tell you the truth, all the sins and blasphemies of men will be forgiven them. 29But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of an eternal sin." i'll b praying for ya...god bless you....

  • How are we Blaspheming against the Holy Spirit? We are just being silly and pretending to speak in different languages(tongues). Whats wrong with that?

  • What Bible do read?

  • The christian Bible. The Old testament and the new testament, and nothing beyond that.

  • He says to speak to the air because,it doesnt edify the church. But it does edifys the one speaking in tongues. But if what your saying is right;then why, does paul call it an unknown tongue, meaning unknown language?

  • because its a language Paul doens't know. It was a miracle. and the Miracle was being able to speak in differnt languages, the same thing happened earlier to the disciples. All who heard them understood in their own language. Unlike modern day speaking in tongues where no one understands.

  • Well! have you read this chapter yet? If so please let me know what it says.

  • verse 9 saya "So it is with you. Unless you speak intelligible words with your tongue, how will anyone know what you are saying? You will just be speaking into the air" which prooves that the senseless "speaking in tongues" that some churches do is just speaking to the air. No, tongues as Paul ment it is just refering to differnt languages so that the gospel may be spread to many people.

  • Read corinthians 14th chapter.Let me know what its says.

  • The Bible calls it an unknown tongue. So your calling it gibberish because no one can understand it.Its not meant for anyone to understand.Unless Gods moves on someone to interpret thru the spirit. You know nothing about the Bible. So you need to ask God to forgive you of such garbage, and hopfully he will be merciful enough to forgive you of your ignorance, and let you fill his real power

  • where does the bible call it an unknown tongue? Where does the Bible say that no one will understand it? Where in the Bible does it say this? educate me. Because the only part of the Bible I know where people speak in tongues, everyone understood and it was a miracle.

  • if you were truly speaking holy spirit tongues you would not be acting like that. i think you're just speaking mumble jumble poop

  • i think so too

  • finally!!! people that speak my language! YES :D

  • hahah

  • You made a lot of sense!!!!!

  • really? Can you understand us? What are we saying?

  • Well, unknown to you you were speaking the patois of a little known little tribe - literally little: in stature and in numbers (only 172 = 86 m; 86 f, but some more expected soon)living in Inner Gansu Province. You were discussing the merits or otherwise of boiling yak's milk before churning it into organic butter and cheese. For safety reasons you decided to boil (which I applaud) because yak's milk is sometimes contaminated with what they like to lie in. How do I know? I am a polyglot.

  • well thank you for that information. That makes complete sense that my brother and I should find ourselves speaking in a tribal language of western China, as we are both Chinese in ethnicity.

  • You are hiding your Chinese ethnicity very well, I must say. Which foundation do you use? I thought you looked more like members of the Tuareg to me. How wrong one can be. Be that as may you are two nice looking guys.

Do you like the desert, by the way? I go camping in the Sahara every November. Honestly. One of my videos shows three of my Egyptian friends.

  • we do not hide our ethnicity, we embrace it. I looked at your channel and I don't see this video you speak of, all I see is a single video of a bunch of Hippy protestors.

  • Oh ye of little faith. I have a total of 6 videos (three about Great Crested Newts, one about toads, then Three Desert Rats and the anti-war demo in London).

I have given you 5* for looking so cute, don't make me take them away for not finding your way around YouTube.

  • Agree God is only the one who heals. I believe it is God good pleasure to heal those who believe in him. But it God only. Paul had a thorn in his flesh and he ask God to remove it. But God said that his grace is sufficent for him. I personally have many diseases and he has given me the strength to endure them and I know that he is with me. It if his for to suffer then I will trust him. He knows best. If I suffer I shall also reign with him.

  • Amen! That is something we share, you and me, we are both suffering in our lives(as every human does) bu we are praising God for the grace he offers us and one day we shall suffer no more!!

  • Agreed we don't need to speak in tongues to have the holy ghost. That is thing that the pentacostal ride on. I have the gift of praise. In other words I am a shouter. There is misunderstanding about that too. In fact some mock it. I don't have the gift of healing but I have annointed my kids and by Gods grace got better. I agree many being are deceived these days. As saints we should pray for them.

  • I think healing people the way some christians(i.e. Pentacostals) do is wrong. I think the most you can do for a sick child is pray to God for comfort and healing, if it be God's will. It is only God who has the power to heal, if it be His will.

My Underlying message is ONLY God has the power.

  • We may not understand things clearly now but soon in God presence we will understand. Be blessed. I end on this

  • we don't understand modern day "speaking in tongues" because it is a huge misunderstanding of the real miracle that took place in Acts 2:2-4.

May God bless you also, and remember this: We don't need to experence a "spiritual gift" like speaking in tongues to have the holy spirit in our hearts. I've never spoke in tongues, cast ot demons, spiritually healed, or phrophisized, and yet the holy spirit is strong in my heart.

  • I am a lady. How do you explain Acts 2:2-4?? This is a gift from God. Are we as saint of God we should not make of anything that is holy. For things we don't understand maybe we should not comment on them. I am not pentacostal. And I must admit people for vain reason say that can teach people to speak in tongues. NOT! That is wrong. Where thay babble or speak in tongues they will have to answer to God for that. We agree to a point. But when it is a God thing. I will speak against it. Peace out.

  • In Acts 2:2-4 the disciples were blessed by a miracle of God to speak in many differnt tongues(Languages), these were real languages that people from all around could understand, probably hebrew, greek, aramaic, latin, ect.. This is very differnt from the way many "christians" speak in tongues today, which is nothing more than senseless babaling, and a mockery of God's gifts to the disciples.

  • If you were speaking to me I am a believer. Speaking in tongues is a gift from God and it is not to be mocked. God isnt mocked what ever a man soweth he also reaps. Tread carefully. I still don't think it funny.

  • Good sir, read Matthew 6:5-8 to see what Jesus says about babbling like pagans. Worship should be a humble thing, and so I disagree with the modernday practice of pentacostal "speaking in tongues".

EVen if you do believe speaking in tongues is real, you must admit that some people fake it, and so can you maybe find this funny? I would never mock God, I am mocking un-humble worship.

  • preach it dude

  • thankyou brother/sister i just told them that if they truly had the gifts of tongue they would not be making faces and acting like that

  • you are absolutely correct, and I'm not making fun of true speaking in tongues like in the bible, i'm making fun of the false speaking in tongues that so many churches do today, the senseless babballing that no one can understand

  • the true gift of speaking in tongues was only for the disciples in the bible, not this wierdo stuff you see in churches today

  • Stupid stuff thumbs down, you wasted my time.

  • I can see why this would seem like a waste of time to an unbeliever, and unbeliever in humour

  • hahahahahahahahahahahhaha lol love it

  • LOOOOL!!!!!!!!

  • Laugh out out out out Loud!

  • lol well the funniest part is when it looks like you really are having a conversation...anyway i think you've had a blast! lol

  • ROFL :D XD
